Estate Administration
(Probate)

Estate Administration, or probate, is a legal process which allows a person's assets to be distributed to their heirs after their death.  Handling the estate of your loved one after their passing can be overwhelming.  We help our clients navigate through the estate administration (probate) process by partnering with the executor, or by handling the entire estate process for you, whichever works best for your situation.

Let us be your guide and trusted partner during this difficult time.

Our Experience
Jeremy Canipe is privileged to regularly counsel clients as they work through the emotionally difficult and legally challenging estate settlement process.  He works with executors, administrators, trustees, and beneficiaries and has relationships with the local court estates divisions
