The Canipe Law Firm focuses on serving the legal needs of individuals and small to mid-sized businesses primarily in the Charlotte area. We are focused on helping our clients meet their business and personal goals though getting to know them personally and addressing their need for proactive, practical legal advice.
Too often, businesses put off calling their attorney until a huge problem has occurred and there is nothing to do except wage an expensive lawsuit with an uncertain outcome. I’ve also found clients may not be aware of legal issues that pose financial risks to the success they are building.
I hope to provide innovative solutions to these common issues.
I provide clients with a confidential assessment of their current situation, which I call a Legal Risk Profile. Next, I will work with my clients to develop an Action Plan that is timely and works within their time line and
budget.
We will also develop an ongoing relationship with our clients. Through our General Counsel services, they can regularly consult with an experienced business attorney about legal issues. They can call or email without being worried about the impact on their costs.
In terms of other services, we are able to provide options such as Flat Fees for many types of matters which individuals and small to mid-sized businesses will need, in addition to hourly fee options.
